Zoë
DeLeon
Zoë DeLeon is a storyteller from Tampa, FL. She is an identical twin and grew up playing music professionally in a family band (like the Partridge Family but with better haircuts). Her artistic style has been described as whimsical, dark, hilarious, depressing, weird, and quite good.
Zoë has experience writing and directing for screen, stage, and stop-motion animation. Her short films and plays have been presented at festivals around the world, including the Gasparilla International Film Festival, the Female Eye Film Festival, the Tampa Bay Theatre Festival, and recently, she was an Award Winner at the 2022 Los Angeles Animation Festival.

Zoë holds an M.F.A. in Screenwriting and Playwriting from Florida State University's College of Motion Picture Arts, where she was the recipient of the 2018 Emerging Screenwriter Award.
She lives in Los Angeles and has worked as a Project Coordinator on MUPPETS NOW (Disney+), a Showrunner's Assistant on PROMISED LAND (ABC/Hulu), and most recently was the Puppet Wrangler on SHAPE ISLAND (Apple TV+) an upcoming stop-motion animated series.
